●友達がやってるお店、岩国のダイニングバー『マナティー』
お店の後、朝5時くらいかなァ～、久々にマナティーに行った。
『海老料理が食べたーい』っとムーにおまかせで作ってもらった。
海老のガーリックオイル焼き。トマトと一緒にレタスでくるんで
食べたら絶品でした。
海老グラタン。朝5時をまわって『こんな濃いモン食えるかーッ』
っと思いきや・・・『うまーいッ』ホワイトソースと海老ちゃんがコラぼって
とろとろでした。
こちらは、海老の生春巻き。こちらも海老の食感がぷりぷり
してて旨かったです。
こんなに海老食って、ビール飲んでたら痛風になっちゃうよーっと
いいながら食べちゃいました。
こちらがイケ面料理人、店長のムーです。こいつ昔から
男前なんだけどトークが・・・・かなり天然です。でも料理の腕は
一人前なので、ご心配なく。
年末、忘年会なんかで行ってみてはいかが？
