揚げ茄子の麻婆あんかけです

秋茄子をキャノーラ油でサッ～と揚げ

ちょっと辛めの牛ひき肉あんを、たっぷりと

かけてみました。僕的には、白ご飯の上に

ぶっかけて食べたい一品です。
